This presentation will introduce the diversity and multiplicity of Arab Americans in the U.S., but with a particular focus on those in the metro-Detroit area. The presentation will also highlight the history of immigration, cultural characteristics, and religion, in addition to debunking various stereotypes placed upon Arab Americans through films, media, and misinformation.
